Strategy for this edition: Instill joy within yourself through conscious living, achieved by practicing radical gratitude.

What is Conscious Living?

Conscious Living is aligning your life with the natural flow of existence.

But how does someone truly live ā€œconsciouslyā€?

At your core, you are consciousnessā€”the light of awareness.

This consciousness is the intelligence that underpins all creation.

It takes countless forms, and one of those forms is you.

Yet, in this form, we often feel separated from the source of consciousness itself.

To become whole again (live consciously), you must vibrate at the frequency of consciousness.

One way to do this is by practicing radical gratitude.

Blue Samuraiā€™s Input:

At your essence, you are not a body, nor a name, nor even a story. You are awareness itself.šŸ˜‡

Radical Gratitude

Radical Gratitude means living life with the utmost appreciation.

In every moment, you strive to express gratitude to its fullest, embracing life as it unfolds.

By practicing this radical gratitude, you align yourself with this flow, thereby living consciously.

Blue Samuraiā€™s Input:

To practice gratitude is to acknowledge the miracle of each breath, each moment, each connection. šŸ˜

Practical Guide to Radical Gratitude

True gratitude exists in direct opposition to attachment. You cannot truly be grateful for something if you are attached to itā€”attachment creates dependence, while gratitude fosters freedom.

To let go of attachments and embrace radical gratitude, follow this simple guide:

For every good or bad event in your life, ask yourself:

  1. What can I learn from this event?
Every experience, whether positive or negative, holds a lesson. Identify it and grow.

  2. What vices or bad habits may I gain from it?
Even good events can encourage pride, laziness, or greed. Examine the habits this experience might reinforce.

  3. What Attachment and fear can this cause?
Reflect on whether this event is tying you to somethingā€”possessions, people, outcomesā€”or creating fear of losing it.

By asking these questions, you bring conscious awareness into your daily life. Over time, this awareness naturally weakens attachments and allows gratitude to flow freely.

Blue Samuraiā€™s Input:

In every moment, you have a choice. You can walk through life asleep, blinded by the fog of fear and want, or you can awaken to the truth of what you are. šŸ«
