Without presence, you are adrift—a meek shadow, lost in the illusions of the past and the worries of the future.
Therefore, I present to you the doctrines of excellence and sacrifice to attain complete presence.
The doctrine of excellence is to declare war on your unconscious behaviours!
The doctrine of sacrifice is to declare the present moment as your eternal realm!
Strive for Excellence

To pursue excellence is to master every aspect of life.
Whether it’s your work, relationships, or the simplest of chores, this mindset demands that you engage fully and consciously with everything before you.
From the moment you rise to the moment you rest, every action—no matter how small—is performed with the intention of mastery.
This approach promotes presence because striving for excellence requires us to be fully conscious of our actions, grounded in the now, and not lost in the mind.
By the grace of mastery, my presence is unbroken, untethered and all-pervading!
Sacrifice yourself
You become so Powerful!
Nothing can stop the one who has nothing to lose!
Understand that every unnecessary attachment and every form of mindless entertainment is a chain that binds you.
sacrifice those chains, and you will stand taller, your presence will expand, and your power will be undeniable.
But sacrifice does not end there. On a deeper level, true sacrifice means surrendering all the resistance and negativity within you.
These inner blockages hinder your presence and trap you in a mind-dominated state of perpetual suffering.
You must witness this negativity and stop creating mental resistance to build presence.
negativity cannot exist within me….. It fears my presence!
