Breathwork
I loovvee to breathe 😍💫
With breathwork, we transform from primal, instinct-driven beings into vibrant, energized forces of nature. We transcend the fatigue and confusion of daily life, stepping boldly into a world of clarity and enthusiasm. To breathe correctly is to awaken your inner potential—to become something greater, something superhuman.
Green Samurai’s Symbol
A shallow breath invites panic; a steady breath inspires calm. So, too, in life, the quality of your breath mirrors the quality of your mind.
When you breathe deeply and with intention, you signal to your body that all is well.
Your heart slows, your muscles relax, and your mind clears.
This is the relaxation you are searching for.

Nostril Breathing
Nostril breathing is an easy breathwork practice you can try right now!
Close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale slowly through your left nostril.
Close your left nostril with your right ring finger, release your right nostril, and exhale through the right nostril.
Inhale through the right nostril, close it again, and exhale through the left nostril.
That’s one cycle. Try performing 5–10 cycles at a comfortable pace.
I suck up all the air like this 😤
Diaphragmatic Breathing
This one is a classic you must try
Place one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen.
Inhale slowly through your nose, allowing your abdomen to rise more significantly than your chest.
Exhale slowly, engaging your abdominal muscles to push the air out. Continue for a few minutes, concentrating on your diaphragm's movements and the calming rhythm of your breath.

The Green Samurai's Main advice
In your day-to-day life, remember to breathe deeply, expanding your stomach with each inhale. Never shallow breathe. Shallow breaths only fill the upper chest and keep you in a constant state of low energy and stress.
The most powerful breath is one that is slow, deep, and felt in your stomach. When you breathe deeply and intentionally, you activate your diaphragm, which allows your lungs to fully expand, delivering oxygen to every cell.
