Plus: Philosophical advice and a Productivity rule
Guten Tag, Lads! This past week, I’ve been feeling amazing. Sheer joy is radiating from me throughout the days. Maybe it’s the spring vibes, maybe it’s my presence, but lord knows I’m grateful.
And in one of these moments of joy, I had a powerful realization. I remember it clearly, I was sitting on my front lawn, bare feet in the grass, the sun glowing down on me, warming my skin. And then, out of nowhere, the realization hit me like a thunderclap.
One word. "Adventure!"
This inspiration for “Adventure” will be today’s main story.

Thirst for Adventure
I love trails. I love nature. I love exploration.
There’s nothing more relaxing than stepping into the wild and feeling the earth beneath your feet, the wind on your skin, the sheer vastness of the world unfolding before you.
With spring in the air, I can’t wait to rush out there and embrace it all—from open fields to thick forests to breathtaking waterfalls.
What I’m describing here is the thirst for adventure.
it’s something you should adopt.

Where my adventures have taken me
Why should you adopt this lifestyle?
You should because adventuring is one of life’s noblest pursuits.
One day, when we’re old and grumpy, we’ll look back at our youth and ask ourselves:
Did we spend it well?
And if we truly lived adventurously, our memories will roar back at us:
"YES, WE DID!"
Adventure is the culmination of joy and exploration. For something to be a true adventure, it must do two things:
✔️ Be enjoyable
✔️ Expand your horizons
Once you understand that, pack your bags and GO!
But if you want to truly earn the legendary title of "Adventurer," you must add challenge into the mix.
So seek out hikes through rugged forests, canoe against high winds and climb steep trails.

I am the one TRUE Productivity Guru
When it comes to productivity knowledge, systems, blueprints, techniques, and strategies—I have a lot to offer.
Why? Because I’ve lived it.
During my time at university, I was obsessed with striving for excellence.
I became the guy who would wake up at 4 a.m. and begin grinding through assignments until dusk. I had "flow" rituals, followed my schedule religiously, and took way too much pride in being the first to hand in assignments.
The sheer depth of my productivity knowledge can’t be crammed into the email-format. However, I can give you some high-impact rules that will instantly level up your productivity.
Rule #1: Master Your Mornings 🌄 A strong morning = a focused and productive day.
Here’s how to make it happen:
☀️ Get sunlight. Start your day with natural light! Sunlight improves focus and cognitive performance throughout the day.
💼 Start working. After a good night’s sleep, your mind and body are at their peak. Take advantage of this and dive into your high-priority tasks in the morning.
🥞 Skip breakfast. Consider intermittent fasting in the morning. By skipping breakfast, you avoid using energy to digest food and instead channel that energy into your work.
⏰ Use an alarm clock (not your phone). Your phone is a productivity killer, designed to steal your attention. Keep it out of your morning routine and use an old-school alarm clock instead.

My Philosophical Take: Stop Desiring
Desire—especially strong desire—blocks you from getting what you want.
Desire literally means, “I do not have.” When you crave something, you create a mental gap between yourself and your goal. That gap becomes an obstacle that emotionally consumes you. Once you are emotionally consumed, you collapse into grief.
The only solution to this problem is to become conscious of it. Feel your desire and work through it. Evaluate its importance and what it truly means to you.
The gradual process of becoming conscious of this inner conflict will relieve you of its grip. By doing so, your desires will no longer block you from receiving what you want.
